To obtain copies of W-2's, 1099's from WI is done online.
This was formerly form P-521.
Note that Federal Transcripts usually do not include state withholding.
(1) Go to My Tax Account homepage, (link listed below) but do not log in.
(2) Click "Quick-Links" in the center, top portion of form.
(3) In the first column labeled business taxes, click "Request Tax Record Copy"
(4) Enter the required info
